厂家时效强化GH4133B镍基合金板材 GH4133B高温合金棒材 无缝管GH4133和GH4133B是Ni-Cr基沉淀硬化型变形高温合金,GH4133B合金是在GH4133合金基础上添加适量的镁、锆后的改型合金。 两种合金的使用温度均在750℃以下,均具有良好的综合力学性能、具有屈服强度高的特点;具有良好的抗氧化性能、组织稳定且晶粒均匀细小;易于热加工成型。 尤其是GH4133B合金改善了GH4133合金在750℃以下存在的缺口敏感性,使材料的使用寿命成倍的增加,大幅度地提高了持久强度和塑性。 两种合金适合于制造温度在750℃以下航空发动机的涡轮盘和工作叶片等重要承力件。 主要产品有热轧和锻制棒材、盘锻件和环形件。 GH4133和GH4133B合金已用于制作多种型号航空发动机涡轮盘和承力环等重要部件,批产使用情况良好。 GH4133合金还用于制作飞机发动机和工业汽轮机的高温螺栓和拉杆等。 合金在700℃以上长期时效后,有η相在晶界上析出,3000h在晶界和晶内数量明显增加,出现η相较大的胞状群体。 合金在700℃以上的持久塑性偏低,具有缺口敏感性。 GH4133B高温合金化学成分
